We’ve broken it down into three easy tiers based on the size of your subdivision phase:

• Phase A (Small): $9,900/season

Perfect for phases with 0–3 cul-de-sacs and 1 entrance.

• Phase B (Mid): $18,900/season

Ideal for areas with 4–8 cul-de-sacs and up to 2 entrances.

• Phase C (Large): $29,900/season

Great for larger phases with 9+ cul-de-sacs, multiple entrances, or longer roadways.

Add-On Options (Seasonal)

• Sidewalk Clearing: from $4,900/phase

• Salt/De-Icing: from $6,900/phase

• Additional Common Areas/Parking: Quoted after a brief walkthrough.

We keep it simple: you get a clear seasonal rate and the assurance that your roads will be maintained all winter long. We handle routine plowing and standard snowfall events within the seasonal price, and we’ll discuss any extraordinary blizzard conditions separately, so you’re always in the loop.
